Travel is awesome… but who has the time to do all the research, looking at all the reviews, and figuring out how to get from A to B? Are those reviews even legitimate?
As a full-time traveler with no permanent base, I do this all the time. After requests from friends to help plan their trips, I’ve decided to offer this service to the public
Stop trying to read the entire Lonely Planet.
Stop worrying about the best way to get everywhere.
Stop wasting time reading about directions.
Each travel itinerary is completely customized for each unique person and trip.
How it works
Step 1: We start with the basics of your trip with a simple form with a few questions:
Where do you want to go?
Who’s coming with you?
How long do you have?
Prefer luxury, mid-range, or budget options?
Any bucket-list items you must see?
Anything else you’d like to work in?
Any allergies or specific considerations?
What specific questions would you like to ask?
Step 2: I get to work researching the places, the best way to get from A to B to C, and so on. Bear in mind that this service is all bookings for hotels, transportation, activities, etc. must be made on your own. Travel insurance is recommended to cover any unexpected changes to your plans. You receive all the details necessary to make the necessary reservations
Step 3: I deliver a document you can keep on your device, print off, or otherwise use as you like. It will have a short intro, a day-by-day list of places, and a to-do list of bookings to make.
Step 4: take your time and e-mail any questions or concerns you may have. If any changes are needed, I’ll make up to 3 revisions as needed.
Pricing and turnaround time
$50 USD per day planned.
Turnaround time: 3-4 business days.
Will this itinerary have any affiliate links?
No. There are no affiliate links, and nothing is booked for you. No one is paying me to insert anything into your itinerary. This lets me make the itinerary the best and most objective it can be without any conflicts of interest.
Why have your trip planned for you? Can’t I do this all myself?
Of course you can! There’s a ton of info and reviews out there, just waiting to be found and put together. The reality is that good research takes time, and research is best paired with experience. I bring over a decade of travel experience across dozens of countries and five continents.
I also have extensive experience at giving good directions in my guidebooks and standard itineraries.
How long is an itinerary?
Typically between 1 1/2-2 single-spaced pages per day. Each destination has a little bit written about it along with clear directions to get from one place to the next.
What else comes in the itinerary?
A summary of the countries and cities on your trip, along with protips, lifehacks, and advice.
What if I want to deviate from the schedule?
Guides are designed to allow some freedom to your day by granting you plenty of time between each destination
Do the itineraries only offer off-the-beaten-path places?
No — this is based entirely on your interests.
