If they're outside, snap away, and get permission if you want to photograph inside.

Some more touristy areas will have signs in multiple languages, or even monks / nuns actively discouraging it. This was a rare moment in the Seoul area – not one person (except myself and the Lady in Red) as far as the eye could see. Hope you enjoy 🙂
